This is a 60 minute work-out for ladies, designed to challenge the body!

We offer a variety of exercises for those who want to mix things up each week to keep their work-out fresh and exciting.

The focus is on cardiovascular fitness, strength training and flexibility.

This class is open to all ladies regardless of ability and fitness levels!

Kirsten Schloms

Kirsten trained at the Waterfront Theatre School  in Dance, Drama, Musical Theatre and Anatomy & Physiology, and graduated in 2005. She obtained her Associate Teachers Diploma in both Modern and Tap Dance, and teaches the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance) syllabus, which is associated to Trinity College in London.
